- Records concerning African history lack in time, the periods in which they were recorded seems unclear, as a result, you will see words like believe appearing in many of our posts - this implies that the period of occurrence is not clear. It is rather uncertain.
- Although years are attached, at some instances,years some years may not be accurate as different sources give different years or different time frames. One being oral tradition - accounts of people who saw events at hand with their own eyes and some were somewhat impacted upon by these events; and since these people did not record the happenings, the time these events took place is an assumption. But here at Black Roots Exposed!, we compare the reliable sources and finally, we come up with the accurate time frame or that one that is close to accurate [in some but not all instances].
